In today’s highly competitive world, online shoppers are looking for fast and secure ways to get to your product. Research has been conducted on the speed of the websites. It shows that around 47% of consumers expect a page to load in 2 seconds or less. There are some ways to keep your website speed up to standard; some of them are as follows:

1.    Implement your own content delivery network (CDN) – A collection of global servers share a website’s static files like CSS or JavaScript. They deliver from the server closest to the user’s physical location. In other words, when a user clicks on a video, the file loads faster because it distributes from a nearby server. Larger websites implement CDNs to ensure visitors around the world. It provides a more accessible and fast experience.

Users can start by using tools like Picturefill or Adaptive Images on their website. It will save bandwidth and improve page speed for their site. An individual can also adopt new image formats like WebP and JPeg XR. However, this will help them reduce image weight by twenty to fifty percent without sacrificing image quality.

    Use Cache – Browser caching stores cached versions of static resources. However, it is a process that increases the page speed and reduces server lag.
